Google recently introduced a new feature allowing businesses to add their social media links and icons to their Google Business Profile.

In today’s digital era, social media platforms play a crucial role in promoting businesses online. They help you connect with your customers, increase awareness about your brand, and boost your leads and sales. One excellent way to amplify your social media reach is by adding your social media links to your Google Business Profile.  This guide will walk you through the process.

To begin, make sure you are logged into your Google account. Navigate to Google Business Profile by searching for ‘Google My Business’ or ‘Google Business Profile’. Once you’re on the page, click on ‘Manage Now’ located at the top right corner of the screen.

After clicking ‘Manage Now’, you will be directed to your business profile. Here, you’ll find options to edit your profile, read reviews and more. To add your social media links, tap on ‘Edit Profile’.

Scroll down until you see the ‘Social Profiles’ section. This is where you can add all your social media links. Click on ‘Add Social Profile’ and start entering your social media links one by one.

You can add links to various social media platforms including Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. After adding all the links, ensure to hit ‘Save’. Your changes will be pending and typically take up to 10 minutes to be reviewed.

Once your changes are reviewed and approved, your social media profiles will be visible on your Google Business profile. This feature not only increases your visibility but also makes it easier for customers to connect with you across different platforms.

Remember, the more platforms you are active on, the wider your reach will be. So, make full use of this feature to grow your online presence and build stronger relationships with your customers.
